Using the tools

The generators and templates are free to use for your own business documents, including commercial use. You do not need an account or a licence. You may not resell the tools themselves, scrape the site at a scale that affects its availability, or present the pages as your own product.

Documents you create

Invoices, quotes and other documents you produce are yours. You are responsible for their contents — the amounts, tax treatment, wording and whether they meet the requirements that apply to your business.

Availability

The site is provided as it is, without any guarantee of uptime, continued availability of a particular page, or freedom from errors. Pages may change or be removed. Keep your own copies of anything you need to retain — drafts stored in your browser are not a backup.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the site, including lost drafts, incorrect calculations, unpaid or disputed invoices, or decisions made on the basis of the guides.

Links to third-party services are provided for convenience. Any affiliate recommendation, if present, will be labelled; it does not change what you pay and does not amount to an endorsement of suitability for your situation.

These terms may be updated as the site grows. Continued use after a change means the updated terms apply.
