Why send invoices as PDF instead of Word or Excel?
A PDF looks identical everywhere — same layout, same totals — whether your client opens it on a phone, a Mac or a ten-year-old PC. Word and Excel files reflow between versions and can be edited by accident. Send the PDF to the client; keep the editable format for yourself if you use one.
Is the PDF print-ready?

Can I add my logo to the PDF?

What file name does the downloaded PDF get?
The file is saved as invoice followed by your invoice number — for example invoice-INV-0042.pdf — so a folder of downloads stays organised without renaming anything.
