Invoice Generator — No Sign-Up Required
Signing up to send one invoice is absurd. You shouldn't need to hand over your email address, invent a password and confirm an account just to bill a client for work you've already done. This generator skips all of it: the page loads, the form is ready, and the first field is waiting for your business name.
There's no login wall because there's no account system at all. The whole invoice is assembled in your browser and the PDF is generated on your device when you press download. Your client's name, address and the amounts you're charging them never travel to a server — which is also a quiet win for client confidentiality.
If you want to finish an invoice later, the save-draft button stores it in your browser's local storage on this device. It's still not an account — just your browser remembering where you left off.
Common questions
Why do other invoice tools require an account?
Usually because they store your invoices on their servers, which requires identifying you — and because your email address is valuable to their marketing. This tool does neither: invoices are built and exported on your device, so there is nothing to attach an account to.
If there's no account, where do my invoices go?
Nowhere you didn't put them. The PDF downloads straight to your device. The optional draft lives in your browser's local storage on that same device. Clearing your browser data removes the draft, so treat downloaded PDFs as your record of what you sent.
Can I use it on my phone without installing an app?
Yes — it runs in any modern mobile browser, no app store involved. The form and preview stack vertically on small screens, and the PDF downloads the same way it does on a desktop.
Is a no-sign-up invoice still professional enough to send?
Completely. The PDF includes your logo, business details, itemised lines, tax and totals in a clean layout. Nothing about it reveals which tool made it — clients see an ordinary, well-formatted invoice.
