Invoice due date calculator

Turn an issue date and Net terms into a clear invoice due date.

Payment terms
Net 30

Due date
October 10, 2026

What this calculator works out

Useful when applying Net 7, Net 14, Net 30 or another calendar-day term consistently.

Calculation: Due date = issue date + the stated number of calendar days.

Practical example

An invoice issued on 10 September with Net 30 terms is due on 10 October when terms use calendar days.

Use the result carefully

  • This treats Net terms as calendar days, not business days.
  • If a contract defines terms differently, follow the contract.
  • Writing the actual due date is clearer than showing only “Net 30”.
